Brookridge Heights Apartments are happy to welcome residents with animals to the community. It is important for all residents with pets to maintain consideration of the property and a courteous concern for their neighbors at all times.

Before bringing a pet home, residents must obtain written permission from management and agree to applicable deposits and fees.
A maximum of two pets will be allowed in designated buildings only.
Pets cannot exceed 60 pounds at adult weight or full-grown status. Veterinary certification of pet weight and expected adult size is required for all dogs.
All animals must be spayed or neutered with veterinarian certification.
Animals must be leashed at all times outside of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area at anytime.
In order to keep the grounds clean and sanitary; all pets must be supervised during their toilet purposes and cleaned up after immediately by the resident.

PET FEES:

A $250 non refundable pet fee is required per pet. This must be paid in its entirety by your move in date.
Additional pet rent of $20 per month will apply for each pet.
